Our Sunday services come together through the faithful contribution of our team members. We're inviting people to step into one of the following ministry areas — Worship, Hospitality, Kids, or Youth — where you'll join a team serving together on a regular and sustainable rhythm.

Our Hospitality Teams create a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors on Sundays.

Join a Hospitality Team

Kids Teams serve our youngest disciples by creating safe, welcoming environments where children can encounter Jesus, engage with God's Word, and grow in faith. Each Sunday our team does this through age-based teaching, building relationships, and Christ-centered hospitality as we nurture lifelong disciples of Christ.

Join a Kids Team

Our Youth Teams disciple the next generation at CTK through two connected environments:

Foundations is our discipleship environment for 4th and 5th grade students, bridging CTK Kids and CTK Youth through a two-year cycle of Bible storytelling and catechism, led by a team of Foundations Teachers.

Youth disciples middle and high school students (6th–12th grade) through Sunday gatherings and weekly small groups, helping shape the faith and belonging of the next generation at CTK.

Youth

  • Relational presence and discipleship support through three small group gatherings per month, one Sunday gathering per month, and one overnight retreat per year.

  • Serve with Youth during one Sunday gathering per month through hospitality, logistics, check-in, worship support, slides, greeting, and gathering execution.

Worship Teams lead our church in worship through liturgy and music — including Scripture readers, communion servers, audio/visual techs, and musicians — shaping the heart of our Sunday experience.
