CTK Youth Ministry Leader 

PURPOSE

The Ministry Leader will work alongside volunteers and parents to create an environment where students can experience the love of God, deepen their faith and relationships, as well as engage with spiritual practices within an Anglican context. 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY  

I. Spiritual Formation & Leadership  

• Leading a weekly study for youth age students on Sundays 

• Creating environments for students to be spiritually formed outside of Sundays

• Writing Bible studies, lessons, and developing worship services for students 

• Weekly meetings with pastoral staff

II. Pastoral Care 

• Meeting with students 

• Attending student events 

• Praying for and with students and their families 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with students in a faith setting (elementary through high school)

• Excellent relational, communication, and leadership skills 

• Proficient at administration and organization 

• Relevant theological training or equivalent experience 

STRUCTURE

• Reports to Family Formation Pastor 

• Part time 

• Flexible work schedule outside of Sundays 

• Pay rate dependent on experience
