OFFICE COORDINATOR
The Office Coordinator assists with the daily operations of CTK. This role supports staff and ministries through administrative tasks, oversees facility and supply needs, provides practical support for ministry activities, and serves as a welcoming presence in the office.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
I. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Answer the office phone and respond to general inquiries
Serve as a welcoming presence in the office, greeting guests and receiving deliveries
Assist with the onboarding of new members and volunteers
Update the staff calendar in Google
Support the organization of the staff shared drive in Google
II. FACILITY & SUPPORT MANAGEMENT
Maintain and organize office supplies; purchase replacements as needed
Conduct light housekeeping, including watering plants, emptying trash, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces and restrooms
Check mailboxes at all locations
Coordinate monthly cleaning and other services as needed for CTK facilities
Serve as the point of contact with the landlord for office repairs and maintenance scheduling
III. MINISTRY SUPPORT
Assist ministers with volunteer onboarding, including team assignments and welcome materials
Email assigned service readings to lectors
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Rector
Book accommodations for Staff and Vestry retreats
Purchase supplies for ministry needs

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace; comfortability learning new software such as Planning Center, Asana, or Canva.
Able to take initiative, problem-solve, and follow through on tasks as assigned
Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
Must be able to occasionally lift 40 pounds

STRUCTURE
Reports to Ministry Director
Part-time (10 hours per week)
In-person position with some scheduling flexibility within regular office hours
Compensation dependent on experience
Pastor of Formation
The Pastor of Formation will serve as the primary creator and curator of the formation life of the church in partnership with the Rector. He/she will design the holistic formation pathway of CTK from infants to senior adults. This includes our small group ministry (CTK Communities), as well as our children and youth ministries. This role is both pastoral and creative, requiring systems development gifting, theological depth, and a heart for holistic spiritual formation.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
I. Spiritual & Strategic Leadership
Provide spiritual and strategic leadership to the church through prayer, relationships, staff collaboration and participation in the life of the church
Provide pastoral care to leaders and congregants
Participate in staff leadership meetings
II. Small Groups
Recruit, train and provide care for the leaders of our CTK Communities
Provide resources for spiritual formation within CTK Communities
Design and implement community rhythms (meeting seasons, breaks, etc)
III. Kids & Youth
Recruit, train and care for volunteers and teachers
Ensure that Children and Youth safety training protocols and processes are complete, up to date, and enforced
Oversee and support the Children’s Ministry Leader as he/she directs programming for CTK Kids
Oversee and support the Youth Ministry Leader as he/she develops programming for CTK Youth
Develop healthy pastoral relationships with families
