You are invited to a women's Barre3 workout night on Tuesday, April 4th. Barre3 is a 45 minute workout that combines cardio, strength and mindfulness for all skill and ability levels. We will meet at the barre3 studio (1550 E Zion Rd) at 6:45pm and begin class at 7. Wear leggings and a comfortable top you can sweat in; we will do the workout barefoot.
